Unificación, muy limpio e instalaciones
Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias, pero en nuestra opinión al carecer de armarios, donde dejar la ropa, es un hotel para no pasar más de 2 noches
No nos gustó, que te cobran al llegar 50 €,por noche,que te cargan en la tarjeta, no sé en qué concepto,y que no te devuelven cuando abandonas el hotel, sino que tardan unos días en hacerte la devolución, por lo que una estancia larga, te deja en bancarrota
Schönes großes Zimmer, Willkommensgetränk war sehr lecker, Personal war nett, Brettspiele & Kartenspiele sehr cool :)
- Preis war ziemlich hoch für ein Moxy Hotel (125€ pro Nacht) in Stuttgart hab ich mal für ein Moxy Hotel 50€ pro Nacht gezahlt, war natürlich gleich

Un aspirateur a traîne dans le couloir devant notre chambre durant tout notre séjour. Dommage.

Well located for all our needs. Friendly staff, great rooms & the breakfast has loads of choice to get your day started.
Just a shame it was a bed settee instead of another proper bed but we managed very well.

A particular staff member that checked me in was very rude and condescending. This particular person belittled me with the way they spoke to me upon check-in. It was very inhospitable. I was pretty confused in relation to some paperwork, as it is my first time travelling for work and this person was speaking to me as if I was from another planet and was using belittling language such as “maybe you don’t understand” in a way that was very condescending. Yes I was confused, but it didn’t warrant that reaction. I didn’t appreciate their tone at all! Another time I was at reception and asked a simple question and the same member of staff was again very rude and condescending with their answer. This person would want to change their approach when it comes to customer service as their tone and way they spoke to me left a very bad taste in my mouth on both occasions and got my stay off to a bad start. I am not somebody to complain ever, but I was taken aback by the way I was spoken to. I am quite a patient person and would not dream of speaking to someone the same way I was spoken to but there may be a customer that would not take it well. Do better.
