Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist gut.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage wären gut gewesen.
Die Kissen sind sehr weich.

Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück! Saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Haus von außen wirkt wie ein mittelmäßiges Mietshaus, der Ausblick in den Innenhof ist trostlos, alles wirkt schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Ein winziges Duschbad. Wie man dafür 4Sterne bekommt, ist mir ein Rätsel.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen und bekam alles gezeigt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und den persönlichen Gruß auf dem Zimmer fand ich sehr nett. Dadurch dass ich ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof hatte, war es auch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstückspersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz findet man auch wenn man in Kauf nimmt mal fünf Minuten zu laufen, alles kein Problem. Alles in allem kann man dieses Hotel sehr gut empfehlen.

Für einen Städtekurztripp gut geeignet. Beschreibung weckt aber falsche Erwartungen.

Kostenloser Kaffeeautomat immer verfügbar.

Cons:

Zimmergröße und Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Zimmer sind mit 24 Quadratmeter angegeben, hatten aber höchstens 16. Betten nur 1,40m breit. Kein Schrank wie beschrieben.
Frühstücksangebot sehr überschaubar, nicht alle Dinge wurden wieder aufgefüllt.

Ein kleines Hotel mit einem super Service. Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Der Service ist wie auch beim letzten Besuch wieder hervorragend gewesen. Ich hatte vorher angerufen und nach laktosefreien Alternativen beim Frühstück gefragt und alles was ich brauchte für das Frühstück wurde organisiert. Sehr Kundenfreundlich. Die Damen die morgens das Frühstück betreuen sind beide so liebe Frauen.

Cons:

Über dem Hotel sind noch Privatwohnungen und der Bewohner über meinem Hotelzimmer hat sehr sehr laut Fernsehen gehört, sodass ich mit Oropax schlafen musste.
