I booked a specific room with pullout sofa bed but they told me they booked it out when I got there and that I had to settle for the one I got when I had already booked it… they said it first come first serve… but that’s not how that works when you book a head a time

My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and restaurants. Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I didnt like how the housekeeper or hotel stole my gucci glasses on my birthday since I accidentally left them in there. I had called the front office twice and she said no. I was on my way to cruise and didnt get them.
My room and my family's other room rinked of dog pee. Horrible smell 😫

It smelled moldy and damp. The tv didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it and never contacted me about resolving the problem.

My stay was above and beyond
Pros:

The property was clean and the staff was helpful. We stayed here because we had a cruise the next day. I accidentally left a bracelet and 3 rings. I called the facility from the cruise ship and told them my situation. I told them I couldn’t pick up my jewelry until the end of the week. When I arrived to pick up my jewelry, it was all together in a baggie waiting for me. Thank you to Josh and staff for making certain that I got my jewelry back
