In one of the rooms that I reserved we experianced no a/c and roaches in the bathroom.
Pool was nasty.

Not good.
Pros:

We were suddenly woken up at 6 in the morning by a false fire alarm, no explanation of, I was overcharged, staff was rude.

Cons:

The advertising price was click bait, they end up charging triple, we could have stayed at a better place close to the beach at that price.

I booked a specific room with pullout sofa bed but they told me they booked it out when I got there and that I had to settle for the one I got when I had already booked it… they said it first come first serve… but that’s not how that works when you book a head a time

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I didnt like how the housekeeper or hotel stole my gucci glasses on my birthday since I accidentally left them in there. I had called the front office twice and she said no. I was on my way to cruise and didnt get them.
My room and my family's other room rinked of dog pee. Horrible smell 😫
