Reception opening hours:
Monday to Thursday : 06:00 to 22:00
Friday : 07:00 to 20:00
Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.
Guests arriving outside of these hours are kindly requested to notify the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For customers arriving after 22:00 in the week and 21:00 on the weekend, you need to contact the hotel in order to receive the access codes.
Guests can take the hotel's free shuttle bus to and from the Villepinte Exhibition Center. This can be organized with the reception.

I mostly liked the vibe cosy of the hotel and the very helpful personal. They even found a romanian employee for us to chat with :) The breakfast was worth every penny and the room was clean. I liked the yard also and the overall decor of the hotel. The hotel is in the Rotary chain.
The hotel was a bit far from the airport and the city centre. I booked this place because I thouht that it wouldn't be far from the airport and there would be some public transport connections but the bus would take like an hour and therefore we took a bolt (price cca. 20 euros).

The breakfast
I stayed here for three nights and I’m giving it just one star only because the breakfast was good.
The reception closes after 11:00 PM and is also closed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our flight was delayed and, after receiving no replies to my messages on Booking, I had to call to make sure someone would be there when we arrived.
The room was in a separate building with rear access. On the first evening the key card demagnetized. With the reception closed and no contact number available in the room, I had to look it up on Google Maps, risking being locked out all night.
The room and the entire property had a very strong smell of mold and dampness that lingered on our clothes, suitcase, and hair even after several washes. The rooms are not soundproofed at all … you can hear everything.
Even though the breakfast was good, the plates, cups, and cutlery were dirty.
When I asked for the invoice, the staff clearly showed annoyance.

I liked the room. It was tiny but I felt well there.
The staff. Especially the young guy...who didn't wanted to talk English and scammed me! He charged me 248€. For one person. Instead of 132€ as agreed on Booking. I didn't liked that the reception wasn't there during night. There was a festival and many of us slept there. I injured my finger at the parking gate and it probably needs to be stitched. It was an absolut catastrophe.
