Sucked had to completely change plans leave town and find somewhere else to stay
Pros:

They didn’t even have our room and we are waiting for a refund from you booking.com. They gave it away to someone else.

Cons:

Still didn’t have our room no explanation. Nothing. Just an offer to a different room that didn’t meet our bed requirements.

It was fine but the noise while I was trying to sleep was what ruined this for me.
Pros:

Overall it was clean and all the staff was nice.

Cons:

There was a vacuum going down the hall at 10:30pm and the walls are so thin I could hear the people in the room next to us.

I would stay again.
Pros:

I stayed here from April 26th thru April 29th. My stay was most enjoyable as everyone who worked there was quite lovely. Colisha who works during breakfast and you see her wonderful smile.And she's so friendly. Robert the engineer, who if anything needs fixed will help. So many front desk people that I could not name all of them and should have wrote them down. They were amazing. in my younger days, I worked at hotels, Not easy

A great place to stay in St. Louis.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to walking to the supermarket and some restaurants in the neighborhood including a movie theater and the museum of illusions across the street.
The breakfast was a fresh egg dish and cook to order French toast one day and pancakes the next day. There was a yogurt bar too. Excellent breakfast!
We also liked the kitchen area in our room and made a spaghetti dinner one night and grill cheese and tomato soup another night.

Cons:

You do pay for parking but valet is only $28 a night and other parking was more expensive.

The breakfast starts pretty late, on the day of leaving we checked out at 7:00 and the breakfast area was still closed so we had to go purchase breakfast.
