Pros:

Their staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't explain how the elevators worked with the key cards or anything. They also charged me for a room after I paid on booking.com and will not get back to me to fix the excess charge.

Reasonable and good quality stay with no major issues. My needs were met.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, dining area wasn't crowded and had plenty of room. Valet was quick, convenient and not overly expensive. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for the activities I had planned.

Cons:

Pool water was cloudy and cold. Had to call down a few times to get some more clean towels for my family and I, and it took a while for housekeeping to finally deliver them.

Overall very pleasant
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious and it was easy checking in and out

Cons:

Staff bringing us more towels could have been quicker it took a very long time. Granted it was after 10 PM at night but we had to call 2 different times.
