Great stay but parking needs to change
Pros:

The location was great, very cozy, helpful staff and fun restaurant. Loved that it was puppy friendly!

Cons:

The pool is not heated. And then if you’re only going to offer valet with no other parking options, you shouldn’t have to pay for valet besides tipping . I would have happily parked somewhere and walked instead of paying an extra hundred dollars for parking on top of my stay.

Very good! I would book again
Pros:

The hotel was very busy. The staff experienced computer and house keeping delays. The front desk manager did an excellent job working to get people through while under pressure. The valets were very quick and courteous!! Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I just wish it had a hot tub. ;-) and that it would accept cash payments.

Event at city winery
Pros:

The location is perfect if you’re going to the city winery or anything at the foundry. The staff were amazing from the valet to the front desk staff for check-in and check out. Helpful and friendly and great attitudes overall. I love that there is a refrigerator and a microwave and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I thought the room was definitely overpriced for how basic it is. It took a VERY long time for the water in the bathroom sink to heat up, which was annoying. The pillows were awful, way too soft, which is definitely not good for sleeping posture. The room was freezing, I tried to turn the air down and it would not go down, so I finally ended up turning the heat on because even when I turned it off, it was still freezing in the room. It took several tries for me to get the streaming to work on the TV, which was also an inconvenience.

Worst Hotel Experience of my Life
Pros:

Turned me away during check in because of the type of card I was using (this is a corporate policy I was not aware of, not their fault) however they were hateful & they charged my card for the room anyway. Manager won’t call me back. To top it off the lady trying to check me in whispered *this is crazy* under her breath several times. I’d hate to see her work an actual high stress job. Just wow.

Pros:

Their staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't explain how the elevators worked with the key cards or anything. They also charged me for a room after I paid on booking.com and will not get back to me to fix the excess charge.

Reasonable and good quality stay with no major issues. My needs were met.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, dining area wasn't crowded and had plenty of room. Valet was quick, convenient and not overly expensive. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location for the activities I had planned.

Cons:

Pool water was cloudy and cold. Had to call down a few times to get some more clean towels for my family and I, and it took a while for housekeeping to finally deliver them.
