Очень хороший номер со всем необходимым: есть небольшая кухня, прекрасно работающий кондиционер, холодильник, вся необходимая посуда - это очень удобно. Чисто, прекрасные завтраки. Отличное местоположение - недалеко большой супермаркет, остановка трамвая, до центра города на нем можно доехать за пять минут.

Cons:

Единственный недостаток - матрасы (у нас был номер с двумя отдельными кроватями). Они очень жёсткие.

Room was lovely and if we hadnt had the issues with parking would have been enjoyable - but ended up going straight to bed due to an hour wasted trying to sort parking.

Cons:

Guy on reception wasn't very helpful regarding parking - his response when I asked was "I don't drive so I don't know where to park". I appreciate there is limited parking but I expect the person on reception to be helpful and knowledgeable about where to park if the hotel parking is full. It wasn't until the morning when a much more apologetic lady on reception explained he was new that it made sense. I appreciate that he was new but...
1. He could have explained that rather than just giving a "not my problem attitude" and "no room at the inn". Putting his head in his hands with frustration when I was the customer who was upset and needing help was really rather irritating.
2. Why didn't he phone his colleague for help earlier regarding parking locations rather than us losing an hour - left us very fed up and not helped by 38 degree heat.

For anyone parking you can park on Waldkircher Street which is free overnight and then charges from 9am - machines on the street. I really suggest this information be in a pack on the front desk to help future guests and new employees
