Çok temiz, rahat, metroya yakın, tamamen fiyat performans bir oteldi. Özellikle çamaşır yıkama odası olması ve kendi çamaşırlarınızı yıkıyor olmanız güzeldi. Tekrar gelsem tekrar kalırım. Biz 3 gece 4 gün konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Düşünmeden yer ayırtabilir ve kalabilirsiniz.

Posizione comodissima se ci si muove verso tutte le località turistiche principali come anche Osaka, Nara e Hiroshima. Parlano perfettamente inglese e disponibili per il servizio di invio bagagli. Kit di cortesia ottimo con anche prodotti per skincare e bagno. Onsen in albergo comodissimo

Cons:

Staff rigido e poco disponibile. Non si può utilizzare la lounge per mangiare il proprio cibo, Il ristorante chiude molto presto e non offre granché a prezzi piuttosto elevati. Spiacevole esperienza per l'onsen in quanto dicono di fornire bende per coprire i tatuaggi, ma una volta chiesto alla reception è stato direttamente negato l'ingresso per un tatuaggio di 5x5cm sull'interno del braccio.

Expérience mitigée
Pros:

L'hôtel est à coté de la gare de Kyoto donc pour aller à la gare c'est pratique mais pour visiter la ville de Kyoto ce n'est pas idéal. Notre chambre est grande et propre avec une grande ouverture.

Cons:

L'accueil n'est pas des meilleurs du Japon, nous sentons l'effet du surtourisme. L'emplacement n'est pas très pratique pour visiter les sites touristiques. Le petit-déjeuner est quelconque et très répétitif.

Wonderful base to allow you to enjoy Kyoto
Pros:

Great location, super facilities, nice lounge with free soft drinks and a good bar. Even the pyjama's were great. Enjoyed our stay very much.
