Great location, nice property.
Pros:

Great location! 5 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff was kind and attentive. Onsen was nice.

Cons:

Washing machine was slow, and very busy, people left clothes in after cycle completed.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

Walking distance from the train station. A good base to discover Kyoto. Clean modern room. Possibility to store your suitcase in free big lockers. Reasonably priced. Great breakfast, possibility to eat a Japanese breakfast (bento box style).

Cons:

Room size: almost too small to open your suitcase. It is a great hotel for a short stay. No wardrobe space.

Would definitely recommend and stay again! .
Pros:

Beautiful property and location.

Cons:

Room have not hooks anywhere for hanging towels or wet clothes. A second luggage rack would be useful. Coffee was only available for all guests after 10h. They could have a separate coffee machine for those who don’t eat the buffet.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolles Frühstücks Buffet mit viel Platz ohne Wartezeit. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Moderne Laundry.

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar gleich beim Bahnhof, super wenn .man mit dem Zug anreist. Allerdings für die Stadtbesicjtigung muss man viel mit Bus und Metro fahren.
