Good location with easy access to public transport and the main attractions in Brussels. The room was comfortable and the stay was pleasant overall.
The breakfast was ok, but the selection was quite limited.
Everything. Our unity was very comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows were good, the staff were friendly, the gym and breakfast were also good!
Only bad thing is that there’s a space between the mattress and the headboard of the bed, and if something falls there it’s a bit annoying to get it back. Also the location is a bit far from center, but there are bus and metro nearby.

Morgenmadsbuffeen var meget begrænset af udvalg. Der var ofte ikke fyldt op. De sunde alternativer var i små skåle, som hurtigt blev tømt. Der lå en del madrester rundt omkring buffeten, hvilket gjorde det lidt uappetitligt.
This was wonderful place to stay for few nights. Room was very pretty, clean and well-equipped. I was amazed how many kitchen untensils there were.
Staff was really nice and helpful.
Even though hotel is a little far from centre, quiet location provided relaxation after all-day sightseeing. Also public transport made it easy to get where we wanted.

The mattress was sagging
La struttura è nuova, ben gestita e con molti servizi. Prima colazione a buffet completa, spazio co-working per lavorare. La stanza pulita, accogliente con letto molto comodo, angolo cucina ben equipaggiato e il bagno molto pratico con una bella doccia.
The staff - hands down. Lou was super helpful and accommodating when we were booking, and Francesca set a lovely atmosphere for the hotel from the get go - super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A warm smile goes a long way.

Clean and well equipped
Shower power was weak as previously reported on previous stay. Very difficult to take a shower when you are on the last floor!
Parking is expensive, some agreement for people staying in hotel to have a discount would be a good idea!
