Spectacular Villa Stay with Amazing Views
Pros:

Help me to create a review for Munduk Heaven Luxury Villas in Bali. One of my fav resorts in Bali. I want to say that the hotel experience was amazing, we stayed in the villas and teh view was spectacular, as the room. People were so kind, the restaurant's food was good and they arranged transportation for us every single time. I would 100% recommend staying here

Le restaurant très bon et le personnel très gentil et serviable

Amazing view but not worth the price!
Pros:

The views from the room were stunning. Also the staff was very nice.

Cons:

Sadly the room (and the resort itself) did not meet our expectations on multiple aspects. It is clear that maintenance has not been a high priority over the past years. The most concerning thing for us were nails sticking out (up to 3 mm) from the floor of our room (we decided not to walk barefoot inside of our room, because the risk for injury was to high!).
Besides this, the upstairs windows were very dirty and the sheets on the upstairs bed clearly had not been changed in a long time and had stains all over them (we ended up not using the upstairs area at all).
Besides the issues with the room, the manager came over as very pushy (trying to sell a special dinner), and also for us seemed to be very unfriendly to his own staff.

Heaven n'est qu'un nom et non la réalité de cet hôtel
Cons:

Peut être que les cabanes sur pilotis sont biens et propres. Mais pour les chambres on doit descendre beaucoup de marches glissantes ou prendre un genre de téléphérique qui met littéralement à descendre (donc quand on doit remonter comptez 10min le temps qu'ils viennent vous chercher)
La propreté est à revoir. Et surtout une grosse odeur d'humidité dans la chambre insupportable.

Bijzondere ervaring
Pros:

We hadden een standaard kamer met forest view geboekt. Nette ruime kamer, maar helaas erg vochtig. Bij aankomst moest het bedlinnen worden vernieuwd voor droog bedlinnen doordat het vochtig was.
Slapen in de natuur is niet helemaal ons ding vanwege de vele beestjes op de standaardkamer (naaktslakken, spinnen, mieren, muggen, bloedzuigers) maar wel een belevenis.
2 nachten in deze kamer geslapen en de 3e nacht een upgrade genomen naar de drijvende villa. Mooie kamer met luxe. Het uitzicht vanuit de villa op de bosrijke omgeving was fantastisch.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is ook netjes en het eten is erg lekker. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid, je kan zoveel aankruisen als je wil! Mooi uitzicht op de bergen met een kleine infinity pool. En als er geen mist of wolken zijn een mooie zonsondergang.

Cons:

De standaard kamer is beneden aan de berg, die te bereiken is met een tergend langzame lift of 130 treden aan trappen. De villa die wij kregen was bovenin zonder trappen.
Beide kamers waren erg prijzig en niet het geld waard wat ze er voor vragen. In de omgeving is er niets te doen en zit je in de middle of nowhere. Een chauffeur voor een dagtrip is daarom ook aan te raden.

Hôtel idéal pour quelques nuits avec une magnifique vue

Le petit déjeuner trop répétitif, et ce n’est pas vraiment de leur faute mais trop dérangé par des pigeons envahissant au petit déjeuner

Absolut wunderbar. Sogar als meine Tochter krank wurde, war es im Baumhaus immer noch herrlich
Pros:

Die Baumhäuser sind unglaublich. Achtung: In der Präsentation bei Booking schreiben sie Zimmer oder Villa (floating villa). Das hatte bei mir zu einem Missverständnis geführt. Villa hatte ich nicht alsd Baumhaus verstanden, also falsch gebucht. Musste vor Ort dann umbuchen. War aber kein Problem.

Cons:

Die Küche, leider. Man ist dort oben doch ein wenig ab vom Schuss, wenn man kein Motorrad oder Auto hat. Das Restaurant ist teuer, aber das Essen könnte sehr viel besser sein. Müsste bein dem Standard, der Lage und Größe.

Pros:

Es ist eine sehr besondere Unterkunft! Wir konnten uns super erholen. Man sollte auf jeden Fall eine Villa buchen.

Cons:

Leider müssen wir sagen, dass es ein Instagram Spot ist. Hier wurden wir leider bei unserem 2. Abendessen sehr gestört. Es kommen Externe mit Guide und stören die Hotelgäste beim Essen durch massive Fotos und respektlosem Verhalten.
Dazu bekomme diesen Externen, die nur für Bilder kommen die besten Plätze und als zahlende Hotelgäste, die wirklich den Ort genießen wollen, sitzen in dritter Reihe. Hier sollten Hotelgäste bitte im Auge behalten werden.
