Everything..location, cleanliness, comfort and shower was the best ever. Staff extremely accommodating!
Everything....it was the perfect location for downtown Nashville.
Valet only parking with daily fees was absolute BS.
Perfect location. Kristen is professional but also comfortable to deal with. Valet Carla was wonderful also. Free breakfast is always fresh and hot. Would definitely stay here again.
Aesthetic, clean, many services, comfortable
Staff is not super professional and can be friendlier. Any request is met with a rude reply or defensive attitude. They are pleasant but could do a lot better to fit the hotel.
Great location and beautiful hotel nice that it has a restaurant loved my room wish room I rented had a kitchenette.
Very pricey for parking and a pet. I didn’t see anything in the information about having to pay a 50+ dollar parking fee and that they only had valet. Also did not include information about $120 pet fee which is super high in my experience.

Das Frühstück war super und die Lage 1a. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen und auch das Zimmer war schön.
Das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen und leider auch nicht sehr bequem. Der Zimmerservice war quasi nicht vorhanden. Kam täglich, hat aber nur Handtücher aufgefüllt. Es wurde leider auf unserer Kreditkarte die Kaution nicht nur geblockt sondern abgebucht und ein paar Tage wieder gutgeschrieben. Zusätzlich wurde uns noch rd. 75 Euro an Steuern und Gebühren abgebucht, die im Booking.com Preis schon enthalten waren. Diese wurden uns auf Nachfrage aber auch wieder gut geschrieben.
