Très bien pour des jeunes. Plus difficile pour des gens âgés comme nous

Le fait que c’était dans la vieille ville et en même temps proche d’un arrêt de bus

Cons:

Les escaliers très raides avec une mauvaise rampe qui ne montait pas jusqu’en haut des escaliers

Mal servei i atenció deficitària del personal.
Pros:

El disseny de la cadena.

Cons:

El personal de recepció, a excepció d'un noi el darrer dia, francament desgradables, poc servicials i gens ni amables i molt menys simpàtics. L'esmorzar els productes s'acabaven i els costava posar-ne més, poc net i cuidat la zona de l'esmorzar. No netejaven les taules. No tornaria pel personal. Molt diferent al de Zurich.
