Location and room size
The bathroom small
Spacious room with huge ensuite (large rain shower and jacuzzi tub). Amazing dedicated staff - very friendly and helpful. Great breakfeast. Location was perfect - off the main tourist/shopping street (Via Giuseppe Mazzini), lots of bistros nearby and also off the main tourist areas (quiet), couple of blocks from the main plaza in old town (Piazza Erbe), and close enough to the Arena (10 min 800 m). We went for the Opera Festival and had visited the other historic sites in previous trips. For us it was perfect for the Opera and slow tourism.
Nothing to complain about. It was easy to get from the airport even though traffic is restricted in the Old Town. Taxi is 25 to 30 euros and takes about 20 min..

C'est un hôtel qui malgré ses trois étoiles concurrence largement d'autres h^tel plus étoilés.
En effet, tout est réuni pour un séjour idéal.
Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est idlique et la disponibilité du personnel irréprochable.
Les chambre sont spacieuses et parfaitement agencées et la salle de bain répond au attentes les plus diverses : douche italienne, bidet, wc et lavabot.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bien, mais si cet hôtel devait souffrir d'un bémol, ce serait peut-être la richesse du petit-déjeuner, mais franchement c'est vraiment pour relever quelque chose; disons, "le moins bien" parmi le très très haute qulité de cet h^tel que je ne peux que recommander
Die Lage war PERFEKT! Wenige Gehminuten von der Piazza dell Erbe und Piazza Bra entfernt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und man konnte bis 10 Uhr frühstücken.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer! Es war leider viel zu kalt und wir haben es nicht geschafft, die Air Condition abzuschalten!
