Las habitaciones y su ubicación

Cons:

La atención al cliente, hubo una empleada en especial que tuvo una mala atención desde el inicio y lastimosamente cuando me fui me tocó nuevamente ella y su actitud y atención no fue la mejor, no nos ayudaron al menos abrir la puerta teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de maletas y cosas que teníamos en la mano y solicitar un favor hasta una plancha para ropa fue de verdad algo caótico.

Pros:

La atencion del personal y el servicio en general, la amabilidad del personal de transporte y la coordinacion de los tours, en fin todo estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

Solo que no estaba impuesta a comer algunas comidas, pero no es porque estuviera mala, sino por un tema de gusto, eso es todo, pero en lo demas mi amiga y yo quedamos muy complacidas.

Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et exactement comme sur les photos. Le déjeuner est très bien et les jacuzzis sur le toit sont parfait.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas super sympathique et le wifi ne marche pas bien, rien de grave mais à preciser.
