Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado e conta com uma equipe eficiente. O recepcionista Matteo resolveu o funcionamento do chip do meu celular em nossa chegada e nos ajudou, pacientemente, na compra de tickets de ônibus para Nápoles, em razao da greve repentina dos trens. O quarto é bonito, amplo e confortável. Colchão, travesseiros e roupa de cama/banho de primeira. Banheiro e quarto limpíssimos. Sem barulho no entorno. Café da manhã muito bom. Realmente um excelente custoxbeneficio no coração de Roma. Uma grata surpresa! Voltaremos!

Pros:

Posizione e stanza ottime ma soprattutto staff iper disponibile. Mi sono venuti incontro in ogni richiesta, per esempio ho chiesto di prolungare l'orario del checkout per esigenze lavorative e mi hanno accontentato senza problemi

A small, clean hotel in a great location in the heart of Rome
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Our room was comfortable, nice, and very clean. Breakfast was good and served in a small, pleasant dining room, which is also the lobby. Most of the time, the staff were friendly and happy to help. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel has quite a few stairs throughout. There is an elevator, but it reaches only some of the rooms and is very slow, small, and hot. I understand that this layout is common in historic boutique hotels in central Rome, where old residential buildings have been converted into hotels, but I think this should be made more prominent when booking. Guests with young children or mobility issues may find it challenging.
Another point worth mentioning is that the hotel's acoustics are not ideal for those who are sensitive to noise, as the walls are very thin. Noise from other guests, as well as housekeeping activities are easily heard in the room and woke us up quite early every morning.
After checking out, we stayed at the hotel lounge until our evening flight, as the heat wave made it difficult to spend much time outdoors. Although the staff had been friendly and helpful throughout our stay, their attitude toward us on our last day felt noticeably different. We were left with the impression that once we had checked out, we were no longer treated with the same level of hospitality and friendliness, which was a bit disappointing because this was my second stay at this hotel.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location close to all the major sights.

Cons:

Old property which was nice but very small rooms and all the beds were very small too. Says beds 150-180 in the description which leaves it open I guess! No lift, so awkward with suitcases, however the concierge was helpful with getting bags to and from rooms.

Pros:

Great location. Right in between the Pantheon, piazza Navona, and the Piazza di Spagna. Powerful a/c

Cons:

There aren’t any common areas, 10:30 checkout isn’t great. It’s not really a hotel, just a room

Excellent location!
Pros:

I was so glad I chose this particular hotel in Rome, especially since it was my first trip to Italy. The location is superb—perfectly situated and convenient. You can easily walk to many churches, museums, shops, and local restaurants and bars. This hotel is ideal for those who value personalized service; as we know, large hotels often struggle to maintain speed and personal attention due to the sheer volume of guests, but here, you receive individual care, and your preferences and wishes are handled professionally. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spotless, the mattress is comfortable, everything is new, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the breakfast is delicious (and hard to beat in the surrounding area) at a very affordable price.
