On a mother daughter trip in Italy and our first B&B was tiny and dirty, booked a room here last minute. Honestly, room, service, location, adjoining restaurant with its free breakfast for hotel guests and 20% off for dinners, everything was SUPERB. My hats off to the management, staff, wait staff, receptionist, and especially to Chef Simone (👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻).

ROOM:
Originally hastily booked Twin Deluxe (i think).
That room was fine but hotel asked if we wanted to upgrade to a bigger room. I said why the heck not, vacation money isn’t real money anyway😂 Found out on the last day it was their biggest room, the Executive Suite and €40 more a night, but it was at least 2.5x bigger than the original room. It also gave us access to a small but comfortable common lounge and balcony. Bathroom with double sink, couch, king size bed, the beautiful velvet deep turquoise curtains and deco… honestly I loved coming back to this room after a busy day exploring Rome every night. Transparency: I think through bookingcom I originally paid €1,160 and + €160 so €1320, which is a splurge for a little ol’ nurse like me but worth every euro. Oh +€48 for city tax in cash.

SERVICE:
From receptionist finding me a Thai Massage place, giving me advice about taxi to Termini Station, food recs when I told them when I’m going to Venice next, to the chef and wait staff at the Perfetti 19 restaurant that’s adjoined to the hotel accommodating us when we came in 5 min before kitchen closed after a long day at the Vatican City, NO NOTES. Have not experienced a better service, and I grew up in Japan and mom in Korea. Very friendly and professional staff. Management should be very very proud.

Pros:

Well-located hotel, close to the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and recently renovated.

Cons:

There was some noise in the morning from the garbage truck collecting glass bottles. Also, the hotel initially asked for the city tax to be paid in cash, suggesting that “there’s an ATM nearby.” However, after some insistence, they agreed to charge it to the credit card.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Tree Charme Parliament Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautifully decorated, stylish, and located in a great area of Rome. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely atmosphere.

A special thank you to Ovi and Melissa, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their kindness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
