I loved the suite - it was a little more private with a little more space. And you’re still right in the middle of the town, but you feel like you’re in an oasis.
This room faces south and should have blackout shades for the hot days or early mornings. Otherwise it’s fantastic.

Staff is so helpful and kind, place is quiet but central, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast from the restaurant are delicious! I would 100% recommend.

Lovely fauna, absolutely dreamy bedding and linens, impeccably clean and comfortable. Best part was the staff. After a delicious brunch in the restaurant the concierge gave us crucial information that was paramount to our safety on Feb 22. Bravo and muchas gracias.

The location is great. Its Quiet and in a beautiful barden setting. Breakfast (not included) is excellent.
The Marii Hotel was beautiful! The room was very comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and it was quiet. The location is easy to walk to anywhere in town, but it is far enough away from the main area of restaurants that we did not have noisy nights. And the restaurant above the hotel was delicious. Would recommend a stay!
Do know when sharing a room, the bathroom is behind a rattan divider that does not go fully up to the ceiling. We did not have a problem with this, and it was fully as advertised (it is shown in the pictures), but something to know.
The hotel is very small and has a limited number of rooms, which we liked. We enjoyed our stay and booked a larger room with the pull-out couch. That room worked well for us as it was well located away from the lobby /reception and the on-site restaurant. We think this made it very quiet which we were looking for. The staff very helpful, and accommodating. The location is very central and walkable to all the restaurants nearby but quiet enough as it is located a street off of the main street leading into San Pancho.
The hotel pool is like a cold-plunge which we weren't expecting. We liked it for a quick dip against the heat, but was too cold for us to hang out for long.
Fantastic place to stay. Staff were awesome.
Would be nice to have a mini fridge in room.
