Rooms photos are misleading. Staff mostly rude. Truly disappointing
Pros:

The location is excellent. We went through every area of Buenos Aires, and this one is the best! A lot of good restaurants at the harbor, which is nearby. Also there is a lovely Sunday market, and a vintage store area! The cleaning staff was lovely, friendly, and the hotel is sparkling. It's also very safe - I forgot my bag at breakfast, and then forgot that I forgot it... so I didn't even ask for it, and it was returned to me next day by a sweet gentleman.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we chose this hotel for my birthday without reading the worse reviews, which are all correct. The room, the breakfast and most of the staff (with few exceptions) make the stay rather unpleasant.

1. The room on the pictures is not the one you get. If you expect a lot of natural light, see my photos - one single narrow window in the corner facing the courtyard. A dark and claustrophobic place - really sad for the birthday.... Read other reviews too - a lot of people had that disappointment. The answer is always "you should have asked to change the room" - I wonder why is the hotel consciously putting clients in worse rooms, or, if the rooms vary so drastically,is not giving clients a choice at check in?

2. We turned the AC on - and oh lord, it was LOUD. No way you can sleep with that rattling, even with ear plugs.

3. Staff is disinterested at best. You get a feeling you're bothering them with your existence. Cold minimal politeness, often not even a smile. In four days, not once we were asked whether we liked the room or enjoyed the stay.

4. Breakfast is extremely limited. Never seen such a small selection. No vegetables, no lactose-free milk. Few cuts of cheese and ham. Molded grapes two days in a row. The lady who was making eggs didn't speak anything but Spanish, which is not fully her fault. Paying her 5 hours of private English classes would cost the hotel a 100 bucks and help so much.
Unfortunately, she was also quite unfriendly. One day, we ordered eggs, waited half an hour being only guests - they never came. When we inquired, she said it was too late (5 min past closing time) and she wasn't making us any (!!!). Even though it was her clearly her fault - I spoke slowly and even showed "for two people" with my fingers - also really, without eggs, there is not much to eat. Next day, I came with a Google translated request, and she still messed it up. Yeah.

Cons:

There was no restuarant for dinner on site as indicated in the Booking.com facilities inventory - only a breakfast service. There is a separate restuarant adjacent, however

Muito bom, me surpreendeu!
Pros:

Quarto é bem grande, cama muito boa, atendimento excelente, café da manhã sem glúten e com opções feitas na hora. Localização muito boa para o evento que eu participei e ótima par quem vai a turismo.

Cons:

o Wifi ficou instável, hora funcionava hora não funcionava, não havia mesa de trabalho no meu quarto, em tão tive que ficar na poltrona com o computador no colo, nada confortável.

Pros:

Fidèle à tout ce qui est décrit et beau petit déjeuner pour couronner le tout ! Nous conseillons cet établissement les yeux fermés !

très bonne adresse
Pros:

Situé dans le quartier de San Telmo et au calme. Il s'agit d'un batiment entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de soin et de détails. La chambre était très bien, spatieuse, grande, calme, lumineuse, confortable.

Cons:

dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soient pas à la hauteur de l'hotel. Un peu simple et le personnel pas très agréable.

The inspired architecture, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and outstanding staff, especially Raul, the concierge. The location was very convenient to the Sunday market, tango shows and is in a fascinating neighborhood.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, a due passi di Plaza de Mayo. Staff molto cordiale e professionale, ci hanno aiutato molto e si sono comportati benissimo con noi. Colazione molto buona e completa. Museo bellissimo.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto com'era predisposta la camera. Sembrava una camera doppia arredata per una sola persona, 1 sedia sola, 1 solo comodino, 1 solo posto per appoggiare i bagagli.
Ultima cosa, il muretto della doccia era un po' corto, perciò facendo la doccia si allagava il bagno.

Pros:

We had such a lovely stay here. It honestly felt like staying in an art curator’s home, the vibe and all the little details of the space are so beautiful and artistic.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also a highlight, the shower had great water pressure, which made it extra enjoyable after a long day out.

One of the best parts was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly kind and helpful. Truly grateful and appreciated.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed place to stay.

Excellent boutique hotel très bien placé pour une visite de Buenos Aires .
Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Staff efficace et accueillant. Instructions pour réservation de restaurants ou toute autre demande. Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambres d entrée de gamme petites.

Sehr gutes Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel an guter Lage. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich nett und hat jeden Wunsch wenn immer möglich umgesetzt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok. Je nach Lage des Zimmer kann es sehr ruhig sein. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer gegen die Strasse gerichtet sind, die dann schon eher laut sind. Wir konnten, weil es noch unbesetzte Zimmer gab, unkompliziert tauschen.
