Great place
Pros:

The hosts were absolutely lovely and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely big rooms and great showers.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise from other guests coming and going but we were over the reception area.

Pros:

Hotel was spotless and very clean and fresh. Breakfast was very enjoyable and also in a very clean enviroment. Staff are helpful and freindly.

Smelly and uncomfortable
Cons:

I waited in reception for 20 mins, the place was deserted . When a member of staff finally came , he said 'sorry I was having toilet....'
The sink was leaking onto the bathroom floor , the whole room smelt very badly of cigarettes and there were numerous dead insects on the floor .
The shower only had two options - freezing or boiling

Lovely stay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant on check in. We didn't stay for breakfast as we had to leave early but we were given the option of cereal.

Everything was fine. Nothing to dislike

Pros:

The hotel was a lovely surprise! We booked it because we had tickets for the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience, which is very close by, so the location was perfect for us. The room was perfectly adequate and everything was clean. Free parking was a great bonus, and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely rooms, food and service. Great price
Pros:

Second time here and still just as good, we had an evening meal this time also and I had the tikka masala and it was delicious

Definitely recommend and be back!
