良かったと思います。
Pros:

駅、コンビニに近かった。
チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズであった。

Cons:

部屋に靴ベラがなかった。
部屋、ユニットバス等やや狭い。
チェックイン時の機器の画面（記入箇所）が少し分かりにくいところがあった。
小倉城口（南口）を把握せずに行ったため電話し、現在いる場所（北九州空港から高速バス使用）の風景（リーガロイヤルホテルやKMMビル）をフロントに連絡しました。しかし、対応にあたった人はその施設名を把握できていませんでした。すぐに南口を出て右に行けば分かると教えていたがきましたので、大丈夫でしたが、最初の段階でそこは反対側です、とすぐに言える方が良いかと思います。バスがどこに着くか把握していなかったこともあるのですが、初めての人間にとっては何も分からない状態ですので、状況説明手段としては建物等の名前をあげますので、スタッフ全員（電話の声や実際フロントへ行ってみて理解）が上手く対応出来ると良いかと思います。（昨年の某ホテルのスタッフより対応は大丈夫でしたが。）

立地がいい！
Pros:

駅から近く、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、飲食店が多数あった。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれたのもよかった。
フロントは外国の方だったが感じがよかった。

Cons:

部屋に入ってエアコンのリモコンをつけたらすぐ電池切れをおこした。そこまで確認していないものなのかと思ったが、すぐ対応いただけたので問題なし。
