Convenient to the Auckland ferry but the hotel needs an upgrade
Pros:

The staff are very helpful. The location near the Bayswater ferry is a real plus, as it is only a short walk to the ferry. Handy for having dinner in Auckland. Check the ferry times to suit your schedule, as the evening ferries go only every hour after a certain time. A separate living space was nice, as was the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Cons:

This hotel must have been bustling in its heyday; however, it now looks a bit tired. Most of the function rooms looked permanently closed, adding to the down-on-its-luck feeling. The sofa and the bed were uncomfortable. There did not seem to be any permanent staff at the front desk, but the staff were contactable by phone and were helpful. The carpets need a good clean, and the rooms need an upgrade.

No disturbance at all. Everything had been provided & MORE. Views were stunning and staff were amazing!!
Pros:

I am so happy with getting the room right at the end!! The views were impressive along with the massage chair. Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful property and great location.

Pros:

Perfect location! It was super close to my friend’s house, which was exactly what I needed. Plus, Devonport and Takapuna beaches are just a short drive away. Very satisfied with my stay here!

Quiet holiday
Pros:

The view and the location was excellent so quiet for somewhere so close ro the city

Cons:

The bed was 2 single mattresses, the stains in the carpet and the broken washing machine lack of general cleaning and the musty smell in the room when we arrived were all disappointing

Pros:

Really surprised by this $130 booking, the facilities are great, clean, home away from home. Water views. Area, great walks. Warm but heaters through out plus air con. We will be staying here again. The manager was accommodating allowing us to book in a second night no room change. 5 stars.

der Ausblick vom Balkon auf einen Mühlberg war nicht so schön , das ganze Objekt hat viel Potenzial es wird aber nicht genutzt, Renovierungsarbeiten sind nötig
