The room was nice and clean.The shuttle was useful though charging 5 euros is high.
Ridiculous to keep deposit of 60 euro. When full payment was made 2 months in advance. Then not even providing basic services like electric kettle in the room.i stayed at Salzburg sheraton a marriot bonvoy hotel 2 days back and they did not take deposit and provided kettle in the room.
Also the 60 euro deposit has yet not been returned back 2 days after checkout.

Room was nice and clean, bed was very comfy, toilitteries were nice
No litter bin in the room. High pitched noise from the AC ducting. Airport shuttle costs money and starts late.

Die Dusche hat das ganze Bad geflutet, da die Tür nicht mit dem Boden abgeschlossen hat.
Das Frühstück war für den Preis enttäuschend, vieles war leer, das Brot noch gefroren, durfte aber nicht auf den Toaster...
Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Prima locatie om je vliegreis te beginnen of eindigen. Meest Engelssprekend personeel. Prima parkeergelegenheid

Room was large and comfortable.
Nothing much in walking distance. Airport shuttle didn't start early enough!
The shuttle picks you up from the airport and takes you straight there (be warned it’s a 5€ charge to go back)
The hotel itself is pretty nice and the rooms a good size with charging points next to the bed, a good TV and decent size bathroom.
Unfortunately there were too many issues for my 2 night stay. Firstly the food was terrible. The burger was OK but the fries were inedible. I think they were I’ve. Baked not fried, they were grainy and some still frozen in the middle! At no point did anyone asked how our food was.
Our AC didn’t work properly. Twice we had to call down and ask what to do as we were unable to turn it on. Reception just kept telling us to press a particular button. Both times nothing happened but then started up about 5 min after the call both times. We still don’t know what happened. Also it switched off randomly in the night.
Finally they did not clean our room. The did the bathroom but no further. When we came back laying the bed hadn’t been made and the floor was not swept. Really disappointing. When I asked what happened they apologised but did nothing about it.
Also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
When we checked out they seemed disinterested and again didn’t bother to ask about my stay.
I won’t be back.
