Excellent airport hotel with spacious, modern rooms and outstanding convenience for Haneda Terminal 3. The direct airport access made our departure completely stress-free. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax before our flight. Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of Haneda.

Good but don't count on the spa
Pros:

Really friendly staff. Great loactaion. Comfy room.

Cons:

Booked this hotel for the spa feature. But when I arrived before check in time straight from our flight, the spa was fully booked until afternoon the next day which was disappointing as we were only there until 8am the next day. The spa on the roof as pictured, is a no swimwear pool. This meant we did not use that either.

Totally Fit for Purpose
Pros:

We we arrive late evening at Haneda and generally stay at the Villa Fontaine Grand; the lower grade property of the two Villa Fontaines at that airport.  The Premier was worth the extra. Almost no queues at check in with no need to fiddle with the automated check in machines. Instead, we had a human to assist us both efficiently and with a smile. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay including a bath tub for the wife. Check out was similarly seamless. Nothing to complain about. Not somewhere I would stay for more than a night but for an airport hotel its probably one of the best I have experienced globally.  The epitome of conveniance and totally fit for purpose.

Zimmer eignen sich top für eine Übernachtung vor einem langen Flug, tolle Betten und großer Komfort
