This property is incredible especially as a transit hotel. Its connection to Terminal 3 is so convenient and any easy inside walk. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the staff are very polite and welcoming. Our room was facing the river and very spacious and well appointed. The room was much better furnished and equipped than other hotels we have stayed in and had couches, easy chairs, excellent toiletries and the linen and beds were very comfortable. The linen was of excellent quality.
The restaurant and bar are quite expensive but still valuable for money.
I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Tokyo as it offers superb accommodation at a reasonable price without the need to get a bus or taxi into thru city centre.

Its location was awesome, it made getting to the airport easy, then Onsen was awesome and relaxing

It was easy to find connected to Terminal 3. The facility was clean, the staff were so courteous and the room was very spacious for a family of five.
That I didn’t stay an extra night to utilize the onsen.

The location at Haneda Airport Terminal 3, from where our flight was departing early, saved us an expensive taxi ride. The monorail, which we took from the City, delivered us right on Level 3 of the airport terminal, one floor above the hotel.
The basin/vanity area in the bathroom could have been bigger, especially in a room meant for two people. The bath towels are thin and small and do not feel luxurious. The Toto WC cover doesn't open and close automatically. The second bed is pushed against the wall.
