Categories

Cleanliness
9
Many reviews mention clean/propre/siisti rooms and tidy public areas; a few isolated comments about a slightly dirty room lower but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
8.8
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, with professional and smiling reception; a couple of negative incidents (forgotten call, indifferent response to a reported issue) make the score slightly below top.
Location
7.7
Location praised as 'perfect' by some but repeatedly noted as a long 40–50 minute walk from Rouen centre and with limited transport/ticket access, so location is inconsistent for many guests.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms described as functional and comfortable (warm showers, cosy beds, clever fold-out bed) though some report beds too soft, occasional noise from restaurant/staff and at least one dirty room/electrical issue.
Amenities
8.7
Good lobby/lounge and seating area, free Wi‑Fi and warm showers, breakfast bar/snacks and alcohol available; some guests miss in-room tea/coffee and a hairdryer.
Value for Money
9.2
Multiple guests state very good value or excellent value for the low price; overall perceived as strong value despite paid parking.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast repeatedly described as good to excellent and fitting international standards; on-site dining is minimal but snacks/hot bar available.
Overall Experience
8.9
Generally positive overall stays with clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast; occasional serious issues (parking damage, electrical problem, recurring noise) led to some negative experiences but most guests report a pleasant stay.

Pros:

Great hotel, secure parking evrything was what we needed. My only small complaint was the bed was too soft and we were above the restaurant and staff were moving chairs loudly at night

Pros:

What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the games in the lounge and she also enjoyed the experience of using the bed which comes out of a closet. :)

Séjour désastreux
Pros:

Pros:

It's got Rouen Centre in the name but its a 40-50 minute walk away.

Transport is limited and the bus/tram lines you can get require tickets. There are no ticket machines in the area lol.
