Good value.
Pros:

Breakfast good, Staff was brilliant.

Cons:

Parking was 2 streets back but free after registration.
But it was right on the seafront, which was great!
We were in bedroom 1 with rubbish view out of the window and couldn't have window open due to the smell of the kitchen, we were right above the kitchen, we were only thier one night, so not the end of the World!

Pros:

Location and staff. It was clean, but could have been improved. Windows and lamps needed a clean

Cons:

A touch more cleaning and definitely needed a lift It did close very early.

We loved everything about the hotel. The only down side is we were on the 4th floor and there are no lifts. Was a steep climb to our room and we're not young

Brilliant, sea view rooms are the best, the views are awesome seeing the sun rise. Great food. Lovely visit Thankyou
Pros:

Very modern, clean, staff were all polite and helpful and the location.

Cons:

Nothing I loved it all.
If there was anything it would be finding zone A to park which was fine as soon as we found it and got the parking permit so that to us wasn’t an issue.

Brilliant location, welcoming team, and a comfy break away.
Pros:

The location was great and the room was really comfortable. The staff were very accommodating with helping us sorting out parking, letting us check in early, and generally being welcoming.

Cons:

Not really a negative but we were on the top floor so if you’re not a fan of stairs I would request a lower floor room.

Overall an enjoyable stay and would recommend
Pros:

The staff couldn’t help enough.
The seaview from our room was great.
Breakfast was superb.
The decor was excellent.

Cons:

The stairs were a bit of a struggle.
The bed mattress, as with most hotels, was too hard and the shower temperature was difficult to control.

Great staff, lovely breakfast and fab location
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good size bathroom and great facilities in the room.

Cons:

No blind at bathroom window so felt exposed when the light was on. Room was above the kitchen extractor so bedding, room and bathroom smelt of cooking. Hard, cheap pillows.
