Pros:

Insgesamt zufrieden, aber mit einigen Punkten, die verbessert werden könnten

Im Großen und Ganzen war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen konnte.

Besonders das Konzept rund um die Badesachen im Spa-Bereich hat mich etwas verwundert. Im Zimmer gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit, nasse Badesachen vernünftig zu trocknen. Es gibt weder einen Balkon noch eine Klimaanlage oder einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Kalte Getränke am Empfang zu bekommen, ist grundsätzlich eine gute Idee – nachts hilft das allerdings wenig.

Auch die Zimmerreinigung nur alle zwei Tage fand ich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Was ich während meines Aufenthalts als besonders störend empfunden habe, war die Situation beim Abendessen. Es waren häufig sehr kleine Kinder dabei, die über längere Zeit laut geweint und geschrien haben. Da im Restaurant ausreichend Platz vorhanden ist, könnte man eventuell einen separaten Bereich für Familien mit kleinen Kindern einrichten. So könnten Familien entspannter essen und gleichzeitig könnten andere Gäste ihr Abendessen in ruhiger Atmosphäre genießen.

Trotz dieser Punkte war mein Gesamteindruck positiv. Ich denke jedoch, dass einige dieser Dinge mit relativ einfachen Maßnahmen verbessert werden könnten.

A nice modern hotel with great staff and breakfast, but for the price, we expected a higher level of service, amenities
Pros:

Modern and beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a great location.

Cons:

For a hotel of this standard and price, the room was missing basic amenities such as slippers, a shower cap, cotton pads/buds and body lotion. There was also no complimentary water, tea, coffee or kettle in the room.

We booked a room with a mountain view, but the actual view was mostly of the road and neighbouring buildings, with only a small part of the mountains visible.

The elevators were very slow, the bathroom curtain in our room was broken, and the room was clean but not spotless. The spa area was also quite disappointing.

Immer wieder ein Genuss hier zu sein.
Spa, Früchstück und Abendküche reichhaltig. Tiefgarage sauber und hell.

Cons:

Bei Zubuchung einer zusätzlichen Nacht wurden mehr Steine gelegt als die Berge haben. Da mussten wir absagen.

das Angebot an Speisen war vielfältig und schmackhaft

der Zimmerservice hat nachgelassen z.B. Duschshampoo wurde nicht nachgefüllt,
die Zimmer sind relativ klein
die Tiefgarage ist ziemlich teuer

A decoração é aconchegante, as piscinas são espetaculates, e o pequeno—almoço é muito, muito bom.

Cons:

As toalhas nos quartos são pequenas e fininhas, não condizem com a categoria do hotel.
