Leider hat uns der Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut, aber beim Service, der Fr

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels und das sehr gute, abwechslungsreiche Frühstück. Außerdem war das Hotel insgesamt schön.

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit dem Service und der Freundlichkeit beim Empfang enttäuscht. Wir fühlten uns nicht herzlich willkommen. Auch beim Thema Wellness und Massage gab es keine klare Information und wir wurden mehrfach weitergeschickt. Im Zimmer fehlten Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Insgesamt hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Service gewünscht.

Definitiv zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr liebes Personal, Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sauber. Wir hatten Frühstück dabei, was wirklich lecker war und große Auswahl hatte.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimatisierung und kein Kühlschrank in dem Zimmer - wäre im Hochsommer schön gewesen :)

Die Lage, der Sauna und Ruhebereich. Das Frühstück war das Beste.

Cons:

Kleine Dinge: kein Wasser, Tee, Wasserkocher oder Safe auf dem Zimmer, Badelatschen und Zahnbürste kosten extra. Kein Toaster beim Frühstück. Es sollte Kinder freie Zeiten im Wellness Bereich geben und wenn es nur 1-2h am Tag sind. Das Bett war nach dem Zimmer Service nicht gemacht, es fehlten Handtücher. Diese wollten wir an der Rezeption neu bekommen aber es war nur möglich, sie direkt aufs Zimmer zu bringen, anstatt sie dem Gast einfach direkt zu bringen.

The bar and restaurant are nice.

Cons:

Too hot. It’s a room for 3 people but there is not enough space to open the suitcases. It will be better to have a table/ desk and proper wardrobe. WiFi does not work at all.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Dpa-Bereich war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schlecht ausgestattet, keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank, die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut. Die Zimmer wurden alle zwei Tage gereinigt, da wurden zwar die Handtücher ausgewechselt, die Betten aber nicht gemacht.

Amazing breakfast and spa area - but dont expect to sleep well and enjoy your rooms

The breakfast area was amazing, plenty of space and the food selection was great. In addition, the spa area was exceeding my expectations. Large indoor and decent sized outdoor pool and plenty of space to relax.

Cons:

The room was awful, we stayed with three adults and this room should never be fitted for three adults. The sleeper sofa was super uncomfortable, and every little move made loud squeaking noises, keeping up the whole family. In addition, there is no door for the shower (just the toilet), so if you are not travelling as a throuple, say goodbye to privacy. No space to put luggage, it was freaking hot due to no air-conditioning being available (the least you can do in the middle of summer is provide some fans for the rooms), no small mini fridge to put drinks and snacks in either.

Man kann eigentlich nichts wirklich bemängeln.....alles soweit auf hohen Niveau......super
Jedoch vermisse ich beim Frühstück frisch gepresste Säfte.
