Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und das Personal Top. Das Bett für das Kind unzumutbar
Pros:

Personal war sehr nett und professionell. Hat alles sehr gut erklärt.
Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich waren richtig gut und und ein echtes Highlight.
Der Blick aus dem Zimmerfenster auf die Berge war wirklich sehr schön.
Parkplatz in Tiefgarage ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Kostet 18 Euro (Lt. Booking 17 Euro)

Cons:

- Die Dusche ist nur mit einer Gardine vom Zimmer getrennt, keine richtige Tür – für Familien ein klares No-Go. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt sehr eng.
- Das Zustellbett waren wir wirklich enttäuscht: Bei jeder Bewegung ein lautes Metallgeräusch und insgesamt extrem unbequem – für ein Kind absoluter Horror. Ein Nacht selbst drauf geschlafen (eigentlich konnte man besser sagen - kaum geschlafen und mit Rückenschmerzen aufgestanden).
- Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren deutlich unter dem erwarteten Niveau und erinnerten eher an Low-Budget-Angebote. Da hat wirklich gespart. Halbpension würde nicht empfehlen

Very nice place to stay in Garmisch
Pros:

1. The location is perfect - just a short walk from train station and the bus to the Eibsee lake.
2. Very good breakfast with different options.
3. Nice and cozy room with a good view on the mountains.

Cons:

1. The lady at the reception wasn’t particularly friendly.
2. Would be better if the bathroom was actually a room, not just a standing shower and a sink directly in the room.

Spa superb but hotel could have been better

The pools were superb - nice breakfast

Cons:

Not enough reception staff when busy, sole person checking us out was too busy to book us a taxi - no kettle in room - not sure why this is not allowed here - really annoying not to be able to make tea. Noise from traffic on main road

Würden immer wieder kommen.
Pros:

Sehr schöner und großzügiger SPA-Bereich. Auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Frühstücks- und Abendessensbereich und die Bar sind sehr großzügig und modern angelegt.

Cons:

Baulich bedingt teilweise sehr lange Laufwege zu den Zimmern in Abhängigkeit davon, wo das Zimmer liegt.
