Always happy at the Quest - but more transparency on the charges would have been appreciated
Pros:

The Quest was great. clean, neat, tidy, good curtains, good kitchenette everything you expect from a quest.

Cons:

We booked on booking.com and then the Quest charged my credit card and they charged more than Booking.com quoted, which was annoying but apparently it was a credit card fee. We should have been given the option to pay at the front desk and not incur a credit card fee. it was not explained at all on the booking.com information or the quest booking wheh we made it.

Room was heated and very difficult to get it cool as there’s no windows that can be open for fresh air.

Great weekend in Palmy
Pros:

Perfect location. Warm and spacious. Friendly day staff on Saturday. Great clesning team on Saturday.

Cons:

Inconsistent with cleaning. On Saturday, it was amazing. On arrival ans Sunday, we had no fourth towel. Lacking a cleaning cloth for the kitchen benches, for spillage or leaks on benchtop. Only give 1 hot chocolate pack when there are 2 kids.
