Administração péssima, paguei antecipado duas diárias e quando fui fazer o check out estavam querendo me cobrar novamente, eu falei que ja havia pago a recepção falou que eu teria que comprava porque ela não tinha recebido nenhuma informação de pagamento. Ou seja, se eu não tivesse pagado com PIX eu não teria nenhum comprovante para mostrar a esta recepcionista e iria correr o risco de perde, pois pelo tom de voz e tratamento que recebi na saída COM CERTEZA essa mulher ia chamar a polícia alegando que eu estava saindo sem querer pagar. TOTAL DESRESPEITO com o hospede.
