Pretty good but not perfect.
Pros:

Location to peace park and ferry to island with floating torii gate was great. The bar was nice.

Cons:

The laundry driers were not very effective. It took many rounds of drying to get our clothes dry.

Room was comfortable and lounge and restaurant good. Excellent location but hotel room service was non existent

Rooftop lounge and 1st floor restaurant was good

Cons:

We were there for 3 nights. Our room wasn’t cleaned once. Bed wasn’t even made. Empty water bottles wasn’t removed. Only towels were changed during our stay

Fabulous location and good facilities. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Hiroshima,
Pros:

Beautiful views and great bar area in lobby on 14th floor. Restaurant on the ground floor excellent (if you could get in!). Location to Peace Museum and Gardens could not be better. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Room configuration not ideal with bed up against the wall not easy for one person to get in and out. Fan in bathroom had to be turned off by one of the staff through a small man hole in the roof...seemed a bit odd. Had to turn it back on this way. Shame it was so difficult to get into the restaurant as a hotel guest, but clearly it's a favourite for the locals as well.

Mooie kamers, gezellig bar, gastvrij ontvangst en perfecte locatie.
Pros:

De ambiance van het hotel is zeer aangenaam. Het personeel is vriendelijk en spreken engels. Er is een doorzend-servive voor koffers; top ! De skybar is gezellig, de ontvangst is prettig, de kamers zijn goed en het ontbijt is uitstekend. De locatie is vlak bij het Vredespark en bij de boot naar Miramaya. Aanbeveling op alle fronten.

Glad we only had to endure 2 nights
Pros:

The location was good. That's about all. This was a holiday inn express at best. So unlike other hotels we stayed in in Japan. Nothing warm or friendly. Reception was horrid. Come back at 3. That's all that was spoken. The lobby was packed with suitcases. Could hardly move as the hoards arrived back at 3 and stood around in lines. They wouldn't call a cab for us in the morning. Just pointed to a QR code and walked away. The "free drink" was in the smallest container I've encountered.

Cons:

Just about everything other than location which was very good. We had the largest "deluxe" room which was small. Others had rooms in which you couldn't open a suitcase. No room to sit, which is why there were dozens of folks hanging out in the lobby/bar. Breakfast was ok, but like a zoo. If you don't eat pork!, don't pay for it in advance. Wouldn't ever return here.
