Very bad
Pros:

The location is very isolated, and taxis are extremely expensive to get anywhere. The staff will offer to drive you around, but only for an extra fee if they feel like doing so.

Everything they provide is presented as if it is a courtesy service, and then you are surprised to find out that you have to pay for it, even when you did not ask for it.

There is no bottled drinking water. They serve water from a well, which is not suitable for drinking.

They do not change the bed sheets or blankets, and no one removes the trash during the entire five days we stayed there.

The breakfast is very limited for two people, and if you ask for more, they seem unhappy about it.

Unfortunately, I even found a cockroach in the food. When I complained, their response was that it was because we left the restaurant window open.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cons:

There is also no assistance with luggage. No one helps carry bags up or down the stairs. If you ask for help with your luggage, or for any service while a staff member is resting, regardless of the time of day, you are met with obvious annoyance and often hear them sighing and saying "ugh" as if you are bothering them.

Honestly, the level of hospitality was extremely poor. This was one of the worst experiences I have had, and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here.

Magical small town stay for a couple of night
Pros:

Brilliant location and the small river in front of the chalet made the experience memorable. The sound of flowing water at night is heavenly. The weather in this location is magical. The fireplace on the room was awesome. We took two different rooms and definitely the chalet on ground floor was much better. Hosts were lovely people, the lady made exquisite breakfast and even though don’t speak English at all, they were always polite and welcoming

Pros:

The location was great because it was very close to the nature park we wanted to see. The owner, and the rest of the staff (which I believe are all family members) were super friendly and it seemed like this was a second home for us. The breakfast was very yummy and prepared us for activity-filled days outdoors! Highly recommended stay when you are in the area!

Lovely place, felt like home!
Pros:

If you're out in Bolu to experience Abant National Park and Yedigöller National Park, you can use Abant Villa Otel as your base. Please note that my feedback is on the basis of us driving a rental car, so we were not fussed about a few miles here and there.

What we LOVED was the layout of the room (kids bed was nice and cosy, separate wardroom space and a balcony). Then we LOVED the fact that it's a family owned and operated business - basically a family warmly hosts you, serves you breakfast and if you speak Turkish, they'll chat with you as well. I had to rely on Google Translate, it still made for a nice chat.

We found the Fall foliage we were looking for, and this hotel and the family’s hospitality was the cherry on top. I'd check into places like these over Hiltons and Hamptons.

Cons:

If you're NOT driving, evaluate the location properly!
