Our water did not get hot. When maintenance was contacted, they did not show to fix it.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

Cons:

The beds are so uncomfortable, and the parking garage is under you. The smoking area is in the parking garage so all the cigarette, and Marijuana smoke comes into your room. It was so terribly strong it gave me and my kids headaches. Our kitchen sink did not have cold water, it was just super hot. Our fridge did not keep anything cold and out toilet would only flush once in a while. Definitely not worth the price.

The most Relaxing environment in a wonderful location
Pros:

I always book Home 2 Suites because I know what to expect.

Cons:

Outdoor pool, lol. Just my personal preference for an indoor pool. But
No complaints here.

Pros:

Morning Staff member (forgot her name, she got off around 3:00 PM) - She was a jewel, very informative, pleasant, and always had a pleasant smile.

Cons:

There was no safe in the room.

Pros:

The location is great. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The card slot for the elevator was not working. My room had a stale, musky odor. The couch, the bed, the carpet, and the bathroom had that same odor that disinfectant spray couldn't even get rid of. I stayed here before, and it was much better, so maybe this was a rare occurrence.
