Location is excellent, good is very good.
Mistake by reception with giving us a room with people alreadt in it, we walked in on top of people ???, ordered dessert crembullee did not have ice cream or honeycomb as stated
I was disrupted by outside noise and delivers, as our room was at the front of the hotel, and awake from 4.30am. The pool facilities were not open and this was not made aware to me.
The location is 5 star. The staff are amazing.

Nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, bequemes Hotel, der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Von Vorteil einen Tisch fürs Abendessen zu reservieren. Sehr gute Küche. Preisleistung ist top.

Room was way too hot even with the heating turned off and windows open

Good location. Cooked breakfast was good.
Carpet in room was dirty. Furniture in room was badly marked. Skirting board in restaurant had food on it. Continental breakfast was very limited. One of the breakfast staff members had very poor english.

We ate dinner once and it was OK. The room was spacious and the bathroom good and the bed was very comfortable.
In such a spacious room it would have been very easy to put a second arm chair. Neither of us likes to read in bed for too long and as we do read it would have been very appreciated to have an arm chair each instead of having to take turns.
As the tv could only be viewed from the bed it was really too small. We didn't watch it.
Breakfast
I didn't like the fact that we were not told that the pool and spa was closed until we were standing at reception waiting to check in having travelled all the way from Wexford. Totally unacceptable. We should have been told when booking. Then they offered us a pathetic 10% off a meal in the restaurant on the first night. Food was awful with no choice. Breakfast was extra. Total rip off.
