nice place but not good enough value for money
Pros:

breakfast nice and varied, staff kind but not fully attentive, hotel is very modern which i like and has good facilities; like printer and gym

Cons:

room cleaned once for a full 6 day stay. never enough towels and toilet roll. pulled back the sheet with stains on. slightly too far from centre. beds not necessarily as comfy as expected. pool too small, one gate didn’t work and didn’t provide towels until we asked which took 30 minutes paid way too much for what was received

Pros:

The roof top pool was lovely and refreshing in the morning

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn’t made up even though we book one room for 3. And the receptionist double charged for parking. She rectified this quickly but only because I queried the charge.

Very expensive because of the location. The rooms need updating and the breakfast was disgusting. They will also charge

The location was the best thing about this hotel, it’s in a great neighborhood.

Cons:

The property is nice but the rooms are old and they smell like it. The breakfast was not good at all, we found a great place down the street.

Horrible will never book this hotel again and nobody else should unless you want them to charge you for a room you never

I booked a room for my friend so she wouldn’t have to drive home because she had been drinking When our uber got us there the lady up front said she didn’t have a room for us. I had a confirmation number and everything.
She was not helpful just basically told us to leave. And we ended up driving home for a hour and a half and was still charged almost 500 dollars and didn’t even get to stay. Pathetic
