Staff horrible. Zero communication. Hard to get a hold of anybody
Room was very clean and spacious! Beautiful scenic view of the agriculture.
The restroom door was a sliding door and it didn't have a lock for privacy.

The auto lights that turn on when you get up in the middle of the night they wake everybody up.

Bed uncomfortable, truck beeping at various times of the night, A/C has its own mind, sometimes gets cold, sometimes warm and blows right on us sleeping.
The breakfast was wonderful, although I think you should have latate milk for customers who can't drink regular milk.
It’s clean and comfortable. And a good option when hotels in Santa Cruz are up charging. It doesn’t have the convenience of being right in SC but you’re getting a good hotel for less than you’d pay for one of the wonky places in SC.

The room was so spacious! Also, lovely continental breakfast.
All of the electric plugs on one side of the bed were dead. Also, there was so much water softener in the shower that we kept slipping and nearly falling each time we tried to bathe!
