Nothing really. Room service would be nice
Michele was at the front desk when I arrived . She was professional yet very inviting with the hugest look of happiness I've ever witnessed. You could tell she loved working here. She was extremely informative and introduced the young gentleman working alongside her. .
My wife and I were so impressed with her it set the stage for the rest of our stay. Michele is a true asset to the Brownwood s staff. Thank you.
but I forgot to mention the young vivacious , extremely knowledgeable waitress tgat made our dinner an experience that no other waitress will ever top...Jordan. . She is a true asset to The wolfgang puck restaurant team. we were so so impressed with her enthusiasm and her customer service it reminded us old folks of how it used to be . Please thank you for us and we wish her well . she has a great attitude fir a successful future wherever she hangs her hat.
Having to leave
The hotel is beautiful. The Puck menu is a little limited if you're an extended stay.
The rooms appear to be clean, just hope you don't have a reason to look under the beds!!!!
I went to Publix and bought a Swiffer and cleaned under them myself. You won't believe what you'll find under the beds.
Also, I had a plug in smoke detector I didn't realize somehow got packed in my bags, it was chirping all night and I thought it was the one in the room, so they sent maintenance to fix it. When he couldn't find the problem he told me to open the safe, it might be coming from there. I never heard of that, but I had valuables in there I didn't want anyone to see.
Then I got a call from security that they could smell smoke coming from our room. I hung up and got a second call warning me candles aren't allowed.
Relaxing couples massage, a treat for my husband and myself. Never had a couples massage, and it was nice for both of us to get a massage treatment. The relaxation room was beyond nice with the low lites, quieting music and heavenly aroma. The massage was wonderful. Hadn't had a massage in 5 years, so this was beyond great. The massagers MERI and SONJA were excellent, their hands&arms were magic as they pushed the tension, the aches and tight spots away. It was wonderful. Highly recommend.
I’ve been staying at this hotel since it opened (still LOVE it), and I finally made my first visit to the spa! The spa was amazing - so peaceful! Kelly did my age corrective facial and I didn’t want it to end! I appreciated the time she took to explain the treatment and technology.
Four of us had treatments around the same time and we all met back in the relaxation room with huge smiles on our faces, totally relaxed. Will definitely be back!

Second time staying here, the hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are really comfortable! This time we got a couples massage, it was amazing!!!
Easy to get to off the Florida Turnpike; great lobby, spacious rooms, nice bar; convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants at the Villages; super value when booked through Tripadvisor; wayyy beyond what we expected for the price. We would definitely stay there again.
The breakfast was delivered. So much to choose. I was very full when finished.
