Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as very clean in multiple reviews (rooms, bedding), but several specific cleanliness issues reported (carpet stain, dirty shower basin, pool cleanliness, occasional missed toiletries) leading to a slightly reduced score.
Service
8
Mixed service experiences: many guests describe staff as kind, helpful and responsive (late arrivals handled well), but there are notable complaints (arrogant staff in one review, phone disconnected, reception unhelpful about noisy AC) which lower the rating.
Location
9.5
Location is frequently praised (described as 'ubicación inmejorable' and convenient parking); few or no negative comments about location, so this scores very high.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are commonly noted as spacious, comfortable, and well laid-out with kitchen areas, but some guests reported issues (odd layout for some rooms, slippery shower, wet/sewer-smelling bathroom floor, missing pillows/blankets) making this a positive but not perfect score.
Amenities
9
Amenities are a strong point (kitchen area, full fridge/freezer, laundry, exercise area, breakfast offered), though there are isolated problems (dirty pool) that reduce an otherwise excellent score.
Value for Money
9
Multiple reviewers state the hotel is worth the cost and good value for families (able to house larger groups), despite an isolated billing discrepancy reported by one guest.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is often described as delicious or very good, though some found the breakfast service and seating disappointing on one stay and others called it only 'ok', yielding a generally strong rating with minor issues.
Overall Experience
8.5
Most stays are described positively (comfortable, quiet, would return or recommend), but there are a number of service/room hiccups and an area-specific disappointment reported that moderate the overall score.

Comodidad
Pros:

ubicación inmejorable, desayuno delicioso, limpieza y comodidad excelente

Cons:

Pros:

I loved the comfort and quiet of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious. Having a kitchen area was so helpful. The staff were kind and helpful when we arrived a bit late in the night. I also enjoyed the excercise area and the laundry facility. We will definitely be back to stay next time we visit family again.

Cons:

That when our room was refreshed that the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower didn't get refilled but that was minor.
