Had everything we needed
Pros:

The room was large and efficiently laid out. There was plenty of storage space and flat spaces for suitcases. The blackout shade over the window was effective. Everything looked clean and new. The only noise we heard was minor woofing from the canine guests, none of which was late at night. Our only complaint with the room was that the bathroom door (a pocket door) was heavy and hard to close if it had been fully opened.
The breakfast was not as extensive as in many places, but it was free and had all the basics. We found two decent restaurants (a diner and a burger place) within easy walking distance.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND EXCELLENCE!
Pros:

We had an emergency after a long week. Zach was kind and understanding upon check in. The atmosphere was inviting and walking distance to Drake stadium. The room was clean and accommodating for all of our needs. It was a great place to decompress, with updated amenities, and a breathe of fresh air, after being stranded. I also wanted to say they Gina and the day staff was friendly and allowed us to stay for late checkout until our vehicle was ready. They examples of customer service excellence. Thank You May God Bless You All!

Sue is my new buddy
Pros:

The location was exactly what i needed for what i had to do. We had the Junior Olympic Games at Drake stadium and the hotel was right across the street. The room was nice i got a suite with a Kitchenette it was lovely and relaxing after spending most of the day at the track meet. I would go back. Oh and the star of the show was the breakfast i’m not a breakfast person but Sue was just amazing and she made me want to eat breakfast everyday. i would go back definitely. My only thing was they elevator made noises and scared me a few times but it was safe i promise. if your wanting lunch you can go right next door to the Mexican spot or down the block and theirs more food places. Again Breakfast is amazing and ask for Sue she’s wonderful!!!
