Nice hotel but awful booking experience
Pros:

The hotel itself is nice and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast is not special, but the worst part was the booking experience. I booked through booking.com , I requested a change and they never replied. I had to call booking who helped me doing it. Moreover, they charged me again after I paid through booking. They said they never received the money from booking so they charged me directly. I had to contact booking again and the hotel never replied, so after one month I am maybe receiving a refund from booking directly. So the hotel is not bad but the booking experience is awful. Maybe if you book directly with them is easier.

Great rest with lots of room to completely unwind
Pros:

Double queen room was just huge! We didn't expect the size. We had a full size fridge, too, which meant all of our ice blocks could get solid again overnight.

Cons:

I have a picky eye -- there are stains on the low-pile carpet where things have been spilled in the past.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms are not well insulated. A large family was in the rooms above us and extremely noisy. We tried to call reception but the phone did not work. I had to go and ask them to stop letting kids run around as we could hear every footstep.
I would suggest families are put on the ground floor to allow other guests to get some sleep.

Mi è piaciuto tutto: camera molto spaziosa, pulizie buone, posizione eccellente.

The room and the pool.

Cons:

Everything was perfect for us except for the service at the front desk. When we arrived at the hotel, the woman at reception told us that the room we had booked—a room with one king bed—was not available, and that we would have to take a room with two queen beds instead.

I explained that this was not what we had reserved and asked to speak with the manager. She told me that the manager was not available, but then, surprisingly, she suddenly managed to find a king room for us.

Pros:

EV chargers, room size, living area with a big table, luggage carts,

Cons:

Very strong bleach smell in all rooms...cleaning is one thing but it required hours of venting which is not easy when windows are fixed.
