Buen hotel calidad-precio
Pros:

El precio es bastante bueno para la calidad que ofrecía el servicio.

Cons:

Todo bien, solo la regadera de vez en cuando tiraba agua, el baño no tenía tapa y habían pocos conectores en la habitación.

Está bien, si solo la ocupas para dormir y tener tus cosas
Pros:

Que el personal, nos informo una situación que estaba pasando con la luz y nos dió opciones

Cons:

Que no pudimos entrar a la hora que solicite, decía que podía desde la 1 y ahí dijeron que no y a las tres que era la hora en que debía entrar, dijeron que aún no estaba lista la habitación que tenía que esperar por lo qué no pudimos bañarnos y decidimos irnos para aprovechar el tiempo y volver en la noche.

Gran lugar para descansar y relajarse.
Pros:

Instalaciones muy bonitas , alberca muy grande para todas las edades, mucha privacidad y tranquilidad para poder descansar.

Cons:

En general el personal fue muy bueno , a excepción de la recepción de las mañanas, mala actitud de servicio y pocas ganas de ayudar , a diferencia del chico de la tarde, deberían plantear cambiar la recepción de las mañanas. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

Mucho ruido dejan que los clientes pongan su bocina con música fuerte anoche en mi estadía se fue la luz y pasamos mucho calor pagamos 3 habitaciones con clima y ni los ventiladores servían y nunca dieron solución estamos saliendo y aun no ahi luz solo en algunas partes del hotel quiero un reembolso

Good location, bad bedbugs

The location is good, within walking distance to shops, markets and restaurants

Cons:

Unfortunately there were bedbugs in our bed, my husband was bitten dozens of times, and we are still managing the effects of that 3 days later.
