Pros:

Stedet er smukt og ligger perfekt. Det erfarne personale er i top.

Cons:

Min familie og jeg har flere gange besøgt Hornbækhus og er meget glade for stedet. Men vi oplevede desværre denne gang, at flere af de meget unge personaleansatte virkede trætte, uoplagte og ikke særlig imødekommende. De manglede simpelthen føling med, hvordan man taler til og omgås gæster, byder dem velkomne og får gæsterne til at føle sig hjemme. Her blot ét eksempel blandt desværre flere.
Ved morgenbordet sidder vi og hygger os i ca 10 min. mens vi venter på æg, ost og pølse. En ung personale kommer ind i stuen og adspurgt om det er muligt at få te, svarer hun: “Ja ja, men I er jo lige kommet!” Vi bad ikke om te servert NU, men spurgte blot til om te var en mulighed.
Hornbæk hus er ikke et billigt sted, så jeg synes de bør uddanne det unge personale bedre. Jeg vil meget gerne understrege, at vi også mødte søde og imødekomne unge ansatte. Det modne personale var som altid helt perfekt. OG, vi kommer igen, men håber på mere imødekommende personale blandt de unge medarbejdere.

Sehr erholsam mit herrlicher Umgebung für entspannte Ferien. Ich werde es weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich stilvolles und sehr gemütliches Hotel. Man fühlt sich wir zu Hause.

Cons:

Alles war bestens, einzig war zu den Servicezeiten manchmal etwas wenig Personal.

Ett charmigt och hemtrevligt boende som gör gott i själen!
Pros:

Boendet hade en mycket vacker inredning och en lugn och skön atmosfär.
Vårt rum var stort och luftigt med sköna sängar.
Frukosten var enkel men god och ett trevligt upplägg genom att man fick välja på en lista vid bordet. Trevligt att man fick låna cyklar gratis.

Cons:

Det var svårt att hitta en parkeringsplats för bilen.

Location and general interior design

Cons:

The style of the hotel suits younger active people and despite a lift taking us up to our rooms, there were many stairs to navigate get to various rooms. Hence my elderly mother couldn’t get to the lounge where afternoon coffee and cake was served and there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Our rooms were beautiful but small, with minimal storage. There was a lack of tissues/ hair conditioner/ body lotion in bathroom. Shower glass did not reach the floor so bathroom floor got wet and slippery. My mother wouldn’t use it shower for fear of falling.
The breakfast was basic with no choice or variation but as it is advertised as free I was ok with that.
