The Staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a large turbos full of kids and it pretty much overwhelmed. The hotel amenities and also the breakfast was not like the usual tru standard,. No waffle iron.

Clean hotel with breakfast. Decent place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. About an hour from Mt Mitchell. Restaurants within a mile or two.

Cons:

Bad area of town but the property was kept up and didn't seem to have any issues on site. Not really something the hotel could fix.

It was very clean. I liked not having carpet in the rooms. Just enough space, didn’t need all the extras in the room. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great! Nice pool, pool table , table games and workout room. A nice choice of self serve food and beverages as well as 24 hr fresh coffee and tea! I appreciated the well appointed basics without spending $$.

Cons:

The bed was a little bit too firm for me, it felt like a hospital bed. But that is just me. My friend thought it was fine. I like the 3 pillow choices.
