Great room and great location
Pros:

Great location in the centre of Parma. Quiet spot within a inner courtyard. Incredibly spacious room with kitchen and bathroom. Smooth check in at the Novotel which is a 5/10 min walk away

Cons:

Bed was a little too hard for our taste, but thats being extremely picky!

Nothing really however it was a little tricky figuring out to get out of the locked courtyard gate the first time since it wasn’t marked very well but we figured it out

Ρεσεψιόν σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο - δεν δίνουν πρόσβαση σε ZTL

Το κατάλυμα άνετο και καθαρό.

Cons:

Δεν μας δήλωσαν στο σύστημα του δήμου να μπορούμε να μπούμε με το αυτοκίνητο στην περιοχή ZTL- Zona a Traffico Limitato. Με αποτέλεσμα να πάρουμε πρόστιμο 100€! Αρχικά πήγαμε στην ρεσεψιόν που ήταν σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο!! Δεν μας είχαν ενημερώσει ότι δεν μας έχουν δηλώσει απλά μας παρέπεμψαν στα γραφεία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών του δήμου. Εκεί μας είπαν ότι το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο αρνείται να συνεργαστεί και δεν δηλώνει (παράτυπα) τους πελάτες του στην πλατφόρμα! Πληρώσαμε 15€ να σβήσουμε το πρόστιμο και χάσαμε 2 μισή ώρες από το ταξίδι μας συν την ταλαιπωρία! Απαράδεκτοι για ένα τόσο καλό ξενοδοχείο!

Super Standort, Grundausstattung der Wohnung i.O.

Sehr lärmig, Fenster dichten überhaupt nicht ab, Unterkunft war zudem überbucht sodass einige Parteien ins Hotel geschickt wurden
