The breakfast was good as and the staff was nice

Cons:

We got room 327 and it was located next to a utility room. The staff was in and out all night moving things which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Also the 40 dollar parking fee was a complete surprise as it was not noted online. I thought it was excessive. The property clean but overall a disappointing experience.

Keke in valet the most adorable and amazing person!
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about Keke. We used the valet service today, and my mom was feeling really unwell. Instead of just doing her job and parking the car, Keke went completely above and beyond. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and sweet to my mom. She even took the time to personally walk her to the drug store to help her find Motrin. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine kindness and compassion these days. Keke turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Keke—you are an absolute gem!
