Pros:

The staff was incredible and super fun and friendly! We especially enjoyed Rhonda and Rupesh. Rhonda was just such a joy to talk and interact with, and Rupesh was very kind and caring.

The breakfast offerings wete the best I've experienced. So many actually good things to choose from! Everything was super clean, and the seating was comfy. Nice atmosphere.


The room was spotless and had a full kitchen (microwave, sink, dishwasher, plates, glassware). Super impressed by this hotel.

Would highly recommend!

Cons:

Theres nothing I did not like. It was a wonderful stay!

Paid to much for this room to be argued with and not get what i booked
Pros:

Convient location only

Cons:

They did not have the room that was booked and the desk guy argued the hole time when shown the booking degailsw very rude and was not willjng to help with getting the wrong room fixed

Location was nice, but plan to have breakfast elsewhere!

The location was nice, the building was very clean.

Cons:

Regardless of the room accommodation I selected, they gave me what “they had left” .. because of going through Booking, a 3rd party company, they don’t really fully honor the request. The breakfast was HORRIBLE.. for the cost of night, the breakfast should have been great. I myself walked up and stared at the VERY short selection and decided to just grab a coffee, as I sat there I witnessed a handful of people also stand there in disbelief and walk away. For a Hilton non the least.! I’ve been to Holiday Inn and the breakfast was much more grander!!
