We had such a good time we hope to stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic. We had a great meal and very good service.

We booked two view rooms but only one had a great view. We accepted that so we could check in a couple of hours earlier. When they found the second room, the view was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Only getting both view rooms. But other than that, there is nothing negative to stay. It was an excellent experience all the way around.

A great choice!
Pros:

I was part of a tour and from start to finish the staff at the hotel went out of their way to assure we had an excellent experience. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Restaurant food and catered meals exceeded our expectations- creative menus and well prepared using quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend ! Lovely location too- right by the water!

Exceptional service and personnel
Pros:

I have never had such a quality hospitality experience as with this Hilton Canopy. I had 35 women from a bus tour for two days and Mylan and Teresa were exceptional! Their staff and all personnel were very service oriented! We had to leave earlier than anticipated and Mylan arranged for FRESH Grab N Go breakfast sandwiches for everyone - amazing. The smiles, the friendliness and the service were a breath of fresh air! Thanks to you all!

My stay here was exemplary. The location, room, and staff were all wonderful. In addition, the two breakfasts may have been the best I've had in a hotel anywhere. I would definitely stay here again. A+

Would definitely return!!
Pros:

The entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care about your experience and communicate that exceptionally well! From the front desk, the food servers, to the valet staff! Wonderful team!!

Cons:

We had a difficult time figuring put how to just have the bathroom lights on without the main lights. Never did figure it out.

Pros:

The room is as very nice, lively view very clean and very comfortable

Cons:

The room doesn’t have a microwave, I’m extremely disappointed, you can’t heat up left overs, the room was extremely expensive for it not to have a microwave!! I highly suggest adding a microwave especially for the price

Very nice room loved the veiw great stay , great hotel.
Pros:

We did not care for the breakfast at all very disapointed.

Cons:

The egg and bread sandwitch . was more like a sub bun that was so hard to even bit thru it . We had a wine glass was missing that we brought with us i clean it after using it put it on the counter by the rest of the glasses we came back later that day and it was missing .
