Awful experience and disappointing stay
Pros:

Bad experience on all levels, the room quality is awful smelling so bad you can’t even breathe and by night especially when you turned off the ac. The first night I couldn’t sleep or having a rest, especially with my health condition after that they switched me to another room and required me that i will be charged more, i said that’s fine. Then i request a third night and the lady in the front desk night shift charged my debit card an exceeded amount not the one discussed even i told her that i will pay her cash, they i found again the same night price fully charged.
I really regret my booking and every dim spent here its not quality and service related. Awful experience and i dont recommend or wish anyone to experience that.

Pleasantly surprised, nothing I expected, and everything I wanted
Pros:

Check-in process with seamless. Front desk realized I was working from my room and upgraded me to a suite for more quietness. The property was clean. The room was clean. There was absolutely no noise in the room from adjoining rooms or from the outside parking lot.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delightful. The location gets a bad rap, but I honestly had no issues at all while staying here.

Cons:

I found nothing I didn’t like!

Non-smoker, staying in a non-smoking room breathing secondhand smoke through the vents was offputting. Other than that g

Cons:

I was in a non-smoking room and there was cigarette smoke coming in through the vents. I told the front desk staff and they said that it must’ve been coming in from the outside because I was on the first floor. I find that unacceptable to have to breathe in secondhand smoke when I’m staying in a non-smoking room. Also, when I went to wash my hair, there was no shampoo in the bottle. I had to keep pumping it to get just a little bit out. I also told the front desk staff about that. For the price I would expect to have everything stocked.

Disappointing Stay – Serious Safety Concerns
Pros:

I cannot recommend this hotel due to significant security and safety issues.

The property appears to have become a hub for excessive homeless activity, with an encampment situated directly behind the dumpsters in the parking lot. The constant activity in such close proximity to guests and guest areas felt increasingly unsafe.

Most distressing, however, was discovering a bullet hole in my room window (see photo). Despite the offer to change my room location, this is still not a desirable property.

Loud, thin walls
Pros:

The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

This location is loud with the in and out burger right there and the line makes it hard to park. Also, I was on the 3rd floor and you could hear every motorcycle revving engines and the family above me sounded like they were doing acrobatics till midnight. I did let the front desk know and she supposedly let them know but it didn’t stop.
I’m not happy about this stay and will not stay here again.

Parking and outside trash everywhere from people eating In & Out burger
Cons:

It was difficult with parking because the public who were not staying at the hotel would park in the hotels parking lot which left guests with no parking!!!!
Also public leaving there trash everywhere after they eat the fast food they took the guest parking for….

We Won't Stay Again
Pros:

The hotel is located next to In and Out Burger. The parking lot is used as a drive through for In and Out, which makes parking at the hotel difficult. There is also a homeless camp in the parking area. The rooms are just basic, no frills and just OK. The bathroom shower needs s good scrubbing on the outside edges. The price fits the atmosphere, which was just a place to sleep.

As a Hilton honors member I was very disappointed. Not a good value for such high priced rooms.
Pros:

Convenient to interstate.

Cons:

Property very dirty. Sofa, carpet, window blinds very dirty. Shower door fell off track, if my husband didn’t catch it when it fell on him it would have shattered. The In-N-Out restaurant is directly next door with drive through line preventing getting out of hotel parking place.
