Excellent Service, perfect location
Pros:

The hotel team were helpful. The location of the hotel is impressive; you've got pretty much everything within walking distance. Even if you are not staying in this hotel, I strongly recommend visiting the rooftop restaurant; the view and the service are amazing.

Ottima scelta a Cairns
Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente e pulita. Nel pieno centro di Cairns. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliata.

Cons:

Parcheggio a pagamento. Essendo ospiti, il parcheggio ci aspettavamo fosse compreso nel prezzo dell’alloggio.

Did not meet expectations
Pros:

The room was VERY basic, no window, I had a four day stay booked, but had a change of plans and no longer required the 4th night, the hotel refused a refund despite 72 hours notice. Because it wasn’t notified before the booking started.

Zentrale Lage, gut für Kurztrips geeignet
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Cairns, alle wichtigen Orte in der Stadt sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war sauber und schön mit Meerblick. Das Rooftop-Restaurant/Bar war sehr toll ebenfalls mit Blick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt, jedoch wussten wir nicht, dass man nur ein Getränk und eine Speise von einer ausgewählten Speisekarte zur Verfügung hat. Darauf sollte das Hotel in der Beschreibung hinweisen.

Dissapointing breakfast
Small room.
No balcony, only a window facing aircon compressors and side of a building.
No real natural light in the room
Very slow lift
The entry did not feel that safe late a night.

Excellent stay at Oaks Cairns. The location is perfect, close to the Esplanade, restaurants, and the marina. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

We had such a lovely stay. Staff were efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless and met all our expectations. Great location opposite the lagoon and everything you need on your doorstep. Excellent stay. Will definitely revisit.
