Unterkunft OK - wenn man weiß dass die Terrasse mit allen anderen (10-15?) Parteien geteilt wird.
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht. Es gibt Wasser und Kaffee.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung, das Geländer sowie die Treppe wirken leicht abgegriffen - mit wenigen Minuten Holzpflege wäre hier einiges getan. Die Bilder, die Präsentation sowie die Beschreibung vermitteln den Eindruck, man hätte einen eigenen Balkon und eine Möglichkeit zu Grillen und entspannte Abende zu genießen. Letztlich erhält man aber nur Zugang zu einer Terrasse für alle Gäste. Das stellt natürlich die Wochenend-Pläne deutlich auf den Kopf wenn man der Fehlannahme unterliegt, man hätte hier eine Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse gebucht. Ich denke dass hier auch durch die Anordnung und Beschreibung bewusst nicht klar gestellt wird, dass es sich bei dem Balkon/der Terrasse um einen öffentlichen bzw. mit ALLEN Gästen geteilten Bereich handelt. D.h. man könnte Grillen, während z.b. eben eine andere Gruppe neben einem auf den selben 20 Quadratmetern ihre eigene Feier feiert.

Man bucht hier eigentlich nur ein Hotelzimmer mit kleiner Küchen-Ecke. Wenn dies klar gewesen wäre, hätte ich den Aufpreis nicht in Kauf genommen, da es auch spontan noch zahlreiche, preiswertere Angebote gegeben hätte.

Wem das allerdings bewusst ist, ist dann auch vielleicht weniger enttäuscht als wir es waren. Man dachte ja, man bucht eine Wohnung mit Terrasse.

It was cosy, spacious, everything needed was available.

Cons:

We were only missing air conditioning, which seems not a common thing around. There were fans at least, but August is very warm and hard for the fans to manage the heat

Friendly woman on the phone. Location good. Loft is clean and relatively spacious.

Cons:

The kitchen could be better equipped - a microwave, cutlery, and somewhere to dry dishes. Pan doesn't fit on the stove. Nowhere to put a suitcase. Street is noisy.

Няма климатик, беше много топло, особено на горния етаж на стаята, беше шумно, заради натоварената улица, ниски хора не могат да си отворят прозореца, няма одушник в банята. Домакините бяха любезни.

Un peu cher pour les prestations au sein de cet appartement moderne

Appartement moderne avec un jolie esprit industriel

Cons:

Absence de climatisation alors que l’appartement est situé sous le toit ce qui a rendu le couchage assez inconfortable, d’autant que la literie est sommaire. L’appartement est par ailleurs assez restreint en surface pour 4. Se prête plus à un séjour à deux.
