Pros:

Nice location, lovely friendly staff and good facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same everyday and after 9 days it got repetitive. We ended up eating out some days.

Big rooms and nice view. Clean rooms, nice work out possibilities and good breakfast.

Cons:

We paid for drinks in advanced, but was not informed that the amount you used was not possible to get back. So just lost 60$+ there😡

I understand the World Cup period, but $1,100 for two nights for two adults and a child is a bit excessive—especially since we weren't in Boston for the World Cup.

The customer service rep that did the check out had an awful attitude and the draft beer machine was not working properly basically our full stay after we got the pay card

Location is pretty good, easy to drive into the shops - easy walk to the leaders pavilion or the cruise terminal
Valet parking worked out great
The room was comfortable and quiet - the bedding was decent, but could be a little more comfortable
The room was clean
Breakfast was decent - it was crowded so hard to get some things - the belgian waffles are very good

Would recommend for families, safe clean environment albeit a little way from downtown. Comfortable.
Cons:

Breakfast repetitive format and serving. As a Diabetic wasn't exactly what I needed. Plastic cutlery, paper plates cheapened the experience.
