Nice location, need to improve cleaning
Pros:

Nice location, nice facilities. The fitness room doesn’t have any rubber smell which is really nice. Sunset at the pool was beautiful.

Cons:

Found a used condom under the headboard. This is disgusting especially when you were about to check out. Doubt if the cleaning staff really cleaned the room.

it was a last minute resort to an emergency situation for us. started off strong but the shower/bath situation was q

the receptionist who checked us in was so friendly and managed to get our rooms ready early which was great.

Cons:

the plug in the bathtub in our room was broken and dirty with hair attached to it. i was really looking forward to running a bath which i didn’t get to do. i would have told the front desk earlier but only realized the plug was broken at around 11pm and i just figured i’d shower in the morning. then when morning came, the shower pressure was incredibly difficult to change and neither myself or my husband could get it to a comfortable pressure so neither of us got to shower during our stay which was stressful. also, this is minor, but we were looking forward to some bacon at breakfast and there was none. and lastly, both my husband and i slept awful. three uncomfortable, rough, towel like blankets and a stiff mattress. we woke up sore from the mattress.
