الفندق جميل جدا وبجوار جميع الخدمات والمكاعم والكافيهات والمارو وجواهر مول موظفي الاستقبال بشوشين ولطيفين واخص بالذكر السيد مرتضى ومظفين تقديم الطلبات بالمكعم على درجة عالية من اللطف والبشاشة والود يشعرون العملاء بانهم عائلة واحدة ويقدمون لهم العون والمساعدة والمشورة في كافة الامور واخص بالذكر الامسة بيزا والانسة رايزا والسوبر فايزر لا يحضرني اسمها للعلم هذه المرة الثانية التي اقوم بالاقامة بالفندق للانطباع الجميل الذي لمسته منهم في المرة الاولى ومازل الشعور لم يتغير من اجمل الفنادق التي استمتعت بالاقامة به وسوف يكون فندقي المفضل اذا مارغبت مجددا الاقامة في تركيا مع الشكر تحياتي...

Pros:

Got a free room upgrade, thank you! Hotel is very close to a metro station (Silsi) which perfectly connects to the center, location is great to get to and from the airport

Cons:

I had pay 850 for full day for nearby parking even though I used it barely 15 hours. No special hotel tariff...

Cons:

Unfortunately, the lighting in the room was very poor, especially in the bathroom, which made it difficult to see in the mirror.
​Also, the housekeeping felt a bit lacking. We asked on several occasions for water, but they forgot to deliver it.
