Cons:

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property.
The problems started in the room: the hair dryer was not working, the trash bin was broken, the faucet was partially damaged, and the walls were dirty.
The most disappointing experience happened at the reception. On my birthday, Stefan incorrectly claimed that I had not paid the city tax, blocked my room key, and made me spend about 20 minutes trying to prove that I had already paid. After he asked a colleague for assistance, it turned out that the mistake was entirely his and that everything on my account was in order.
Mistakes can happen, but accusing a guest without first checking the facts and wasting their time is not acceptable, especially in a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star establishment.
