Front desk staff is extremely friendly, from the minute we walked in we were greeted and treated like we were so special! Clean and very large rooms, comfortable beds. Decor is great, photos of famous people, the Sinatra theme, furnishings, lamps, wall decor and even the bar were all very retro! Great design!

Cons:

There should be tea bags in every room, there wasn’t and we were charged for one teabag! The restaurant is very pricey, the bar drinks were Ok. Wine needs more variety and the measured pour is an awful idea for an old fashioned bar theme! Wine had limited variety, need more reds and whites, there are plenty of reasonably priced options to be found for this bar. There was no prosecco. Food…the best thing was the shrimp cocktail which seemed to be the most reasonably priced for the portion. Otherwise, it was pricey. Breakfast, we didn’t try but it was also pricey considering there are so many options available within walking distance. The staff, decor and great size of hotel rooms make the place! We will be back!

We chose this hotel it was based on location and pictures online. While I must say the online pictures were spot on. The cleanliness of this hotel could use improvement. The hotel wasn’t dirty. It was dark. They need to work on better lighting for the hallways in the rooms. The beds were hard and the pillows were way too big for the bed and they were also so hard. The furniture in the living space was hard and uncomfortable. The mini fridge was so small. You couldn’t put anything in it for the price we paid per night. I expected more not to mention having to walk six flights of stairs because the elevators were down during our stage. We experienced a blackout for all the other hotels and casinos have power when we went downstairs in the dark to find out what was happeninguu there was no staff in the lobby to tell us what was happening. We did went into the staff member outside the hotel that told us that our room will be compensated by the general manager the next day well, it’s been two days and we have not heard from a general manager, and the payment has posted to our account. However, I must say upon checking out we were greeted by ona. She was very nice and had to give us the truth that the person who had told us that the room will be compensated lied to us. She fixed us a cup of coffee and offered her apology while I appreciate apology, her nice hospitality and understanding how frustrated we were this is completely unacceptable for this hotel and I will never stay here again, and I will tell all my families how awful this experience was for us. I would also like to mention that the supervisor Kendall was the guy we met at the elevator. he happened to BJ stopping live, but not on duty that night. He was nice and courteous however that doesn’t make up for the fact that I had to walk the number of flights of stairs that night as well as seeing a hot room and not be compensated for it.
